Deerpark Junction Slip Roads to/ from New A6 Dual Carriageway – Now Open

Staffordstown Road - Temporary Closure

STAFFORDSTOWN ROAD  - ROAD CLOSURE TO NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC

The Staffordstown Road will be closed to traffic travelling in a Northbound direction only between Ballynafey Road and B18 from 9.30am Thursday 17 December 2020 - 4pm Friday 18 December 2020.

Traffic will be diverted via Ballynafey Road, B183 Moneynick Road, Drumderg Roundabout. Please see below sketch

 

Toome Bypass - Temporary Closure

TOOME BYPASS  - ROAD CLOSURE ON WESTBOUND CARRIAGEWAY

The Toome Bypass will be closed to traffic on the Westbound Carriageway, between Brecart Roundabout and Creagh Junction for 2 hours, from 7am  - 9am Sunday 20 December 2020 and consecutively each Sunday after until Sunday 10 January 2021.

  • Sunday 20/12/20 7am for 2 hours 
  • Sunday 27/12/20 7am for 2 hours
  • Sunday 03/01/21 7am for 2 hours
  • Sunday 10/01/21 7am for 2 hours

Diversion via Drumderg Roundabout, Toome Main Street, Creagh Road, Aughrim Road, Magherafelt Bypass, Castledawson Roundabout, please see below sketch.

 

Brough Road (S) - Change of Access

BROUGH ROAD   - REMOVAL OF RIGHT TURN 

From 6am Monday 4 January all right turning for the Brough Road South/ The Cairns/ St Malachys GAC  will be removed. The Junction onto the New A6 Dual Carriageway will operate as a Left In, Left Out Only. Diversion will be signed via Bellshill Junction and Hillhead Junction, please see below sketch.
